How Do You Do It?
If you want to do it the way the Red Yao women have always done it, you should wash sticky white rice in water to get the nutrients out of it, then boil it and let it mature. They leave it for up to two months, but you can try it after about 48 hours.
Once the mixture is ready, pour it over your dry hair, let it sit for 20 to 60 minutes (combing it through with a wooden comb), and then rinse. You might also want to shampoo and condition.
