Take-Two Plot And Summary
An ex-actor from a well-known police drama joins forces with a private investigator in Los Angeles to forge a collaboration that is fraught with tension.
Sam Swift, a former star of a popular police drama, is forced to go to rehab after he has a mental breakdown in public, which is then shown on TV.
She wants to get back into acting so badly that she is able to convince Eddie Valetik, a lone-wolf private investigator, to let her follow him for a day so she can do research for a possible role.
She can do this because she is so determined to get back into acting. Sam plays a police officer, and she uses the skills she has learned as an actor.
Eddie is surprised when she tells him that she is actually pretty useful. Even though Eddie doesn’t like the fact that Sam is watching his kids, this happens.
