What Happened in The Mandalorian Season 3 Episode 1?
The first episode of the season is now available for the fans. It is called Chapter 17: The Apostate. We see The Armorer and the other Mandalorians go through a ceremony in this episode.
They’re letting a young child join their tribe, which is a big deal for all of them. In the Star Wars universe, things are not always peaceful, though. During the ceremony, a sea monster attacks the Mandalorians. Even though they tried to fight back in the same way, the Mandalorians began to lose.
Din Djarin comes to help the people and uses his starfighter to kill the monsters. He also tells him that Grogu is coming to live with him. The Armorer talks to Djarin, and the two of them agree on something. If the mines in Mandalore are still there, Din Djarin will become a Mandalorian again. He later goes to Nevarro to meet up with Greef Karga.
Greef has only just started his job as a high magistrate. Here, he helps Greef fight a group of pirates who have been bothering Nevarro for a long time. They have attacked people in their own homes and even kids in school.
Karga also has an offer for Djarin. He wants him to become a Marshall for him. But he says that’s not true and that the only reason he’s back is to build the IG-11 again. Later, he is able to fix the same problem, but the droid goes back to the violent programming of the first problem.
Djarin decides to ask the Anzellan mechanics for help to really fix everything. To fix the machine, they ask him to bring a brand-new memory core. As soon as the whole IG-11 starts working again and Djarin leaves Nevarro, he is attacked by pirate crew ships. He kills a few of the pirate pilots and gets away quickly.
Then he meets Bo Katan in an old Mandalorian castle. We saw that Bo Katan’s Darksaber was missing. This has been a huge letdown for her, so she has given up on her goal and plans to take back Mandalore. She tells Djarin that he should go there by himself and not bring her along.

The third season of the show will also have eight episodes, which will be released every Wednesday, just like the previous seasons. The last episode will air on April 19.
Jon Favreau, who is in charge of the show, recently said that they have been able to tell a big part of the story in the eight episodes of season 3. He said, “At first, it was just new characters going to new planets, and we were telling a smaller story to the audience. Along the way, we’ve met a lot of different Mandalorians.”
“We found out that not everyone agrees with them. There are a lot of questions that need to be answered, and hopefully, they will all be answered in this season when they go back to Mandalore and we see how the Mandalorian culture changes after this important point in their history,” he said.
