If you had to use only a few words to describe Jennifer Garner, you might think of words like sophisticated, classic, and timeless. Not surprisingly, the same words can be used to describe the actress’s new home in the Pacific Palisades, a high-end area of Los Angeles.
A Compass property listing says that the house sold for $13.86 million, but for now, Garner is only renting it. There are six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and a lot of extra rooms in the house. On the first floor, there is a home theatre, a bedroom for guests, and a big office. There is also a newly remodeled kitchen with marble countertops, white cabinets, and a white subway tile backsplash. The all-white look goes all the way through the room, and the dark chocolate brown hardwood floors stand out.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, balcony, and great views. Then, there is a wine-tasting room, a climate-controlled wine cellar, a gym with a sauna, a craft room, a billiards room, and another bedroom on the level below the first floor. Even though the inside of the house is nice, it’s the large backyard that will make you feel jealous. It has a big grassy lawn that goes all the way around a swimming pool, a spa, and a patio with a fireplace and a grilling kitchen.
