Reginald Howard White played defensive end for the United States in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 years, mostly in the 1980s and 1990s. White played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers and was named an All-American by all but one of the coaches. 

He played two professional seasons for the Memphis Showboats in the USFL.

Then, he was picked in the first round of the 1984 Supplemental Draft and went on to play for the Philadelphia Eagles, the Green Bay Packers, and the Carolina Panthers in the NFL, where he became one of the most decorated defensive players in NFL history.

He was chosen for the Pro Bowl 13 times and won the Defensive Player of the Year award twice. In 2006, Reggie White was given the honor of being inducted into the Hall of Fame.
