Carver’s son Ritchie Lee was found guilty five years before his father in 2008. He was given a life term with no chance of parole. The cops said Ritchie was guilty of aggravated assault, burglary, murder, and careless use of a weapon.

At first, the court couldn’t charge Larry because his wife wouldn’t speak against him because she had rights as a married woman. Ritchie’s mother had to go to court after Heather’s family successfully fought to have the privilege taken away, as was written in a later rule.

The court charged Larry with first-degree murder, first-degree attempted murder, burglary, and aggravated attack again in November 2011. In Maricopa County, Larry Lloyd Carver was found guilty on several counts of killing Heather M. Quan in 2006. This was the end of the case.

The jury also decided that Carver was responsible for the attempted murder of Ryan T. Waller, who was Carver’s lover. After a ten-day trial, Carver was found guilty on January 25, 2013. He could spend the rest of his life in jail. Some people say the release never happened.
