Akira Toriyama’s much-loved Dragon Ball franchise has finally released a new promotional video trailer for Dragon Ball DAIMA, offering fans a look at the plot and intriguing new characters. Dragon Ball DAIMA, which was first announced in October 2023, is scheduled to premiere in October 2024.
Based on the latest trailer, it looks like the new show might surpass fans’ expectations.
Ahead of its October 2024 release date, Dragon Ball DAIMA has finally shown its first complete teaser, which was posted on X by the anime’s official account. Although the precise release date is still unknown, the latest teaser finally gives fans a taste of what to anticipate from the next Dragon Ball movie.
In the teaser, a spaceship is shown descending from the sky while Goku, Vegeta, and other characters look up at the sky in wonder. In the teaser, Goku can be seen sprinting towards a new blue-skinned character with a gun in his hands while brandishing his baton.
Together with a new enigmatic green-cloaked character that was hinted at in earlier DAIMA teasers, the two terrifying figures that were previously seen peering at Goku and Vegeta’s past on floating screens also return.
In addition to the latest trailer, Dragon Ball DAIMA has unveiled a fresh key image that shows Goku and Kaiohshin perched atop a blue dragon.
The DAIMA series is billed as “A New World, A New Dragon Ball” in the new main graphic, which is exactly what it will most likely be.
