The story revolves around Mito Yamamoto, a teenage orphan girl who pretends to be a boy to avoid unwanted attention and discovers that vampires exist. Season 1 debuted on April 7, 2024, in Japan.

Is There a Vampire Dormitory Season 2 Release Date?

Vampire Dormitory Season 2 does not yet have an official release date, although one will most certainly be released in the future. As of May 2024, Studio Blanc had not approved the second season of Vampire Dormitory. This is not unexpected, given the first season is now underway, and the animation studio will most likely wait and see how it performs with Japanese and worldwide audiences before making a choice.

The original manga contains 13 volumes and has been completed. However, Season 1 is said to have 12 episodes and will most likely not cover the whole source material. So, if the audience responds well, Vampire Dormitory could return for a second season.

Vampire Dormitory’s voice cast includes Kana Ichinose as Mito Yamamoto, Shunichi Toki as Ruka Saotome, and Yuuichirou Umehara as Ren Nikaido.
