Because of what they go through at work, all three of them go through major transformations over the course of the series. In addition, Dr. Leland Townsend and other interested parties need to be dealt with by the trio. He works as a forensic psychologist and appears to have ties to Kristen’s family.

Aasif Mandvi as Ben Shakir, Katja Herbers as Dr. Kristen Bouchard, and Mike Colter as David Acosta comprise the cast of Evil. Michael Emerson as Dr. Leland Townsend, Brooklyn Shuck as Lynn Bouchard, and Kurt Fuller as Dr. Kurt Boggs round out the group.
Where is Evil Season 4 Coming Out Via Streaming?

In addition to the release window and declaration of the final season, Paramount+ has also unveiled a brief teaser for season 4 of Evil in advance of an imminent full trailer.

While the teaser does not divulge significant information, it does feature close-ups of David, Dr. Bouchard, Leland, and Ben against the backdrop of terrifying noises. The audience is then subjected to rapid succession of brief scene snippets from upcoming episodes. If the fourth season of Evil lives up to the trailer, it could be the most terrifying to date.
Evil is Ending After Season 4
The news that Evil season 4 will be the final installment of the supernatural thriller was also disclosed when Paramount+ confirmed the release window in February 2024.
Although there has been no announcement on the cancellation, Paramount+ did not end the show too soon, and four additional episodes will be included in the fourth season to wrap up the narrative. Evil will at least be able to provide its supporters with closure, even if the conclusion is hurried.
