Bodybuilder Neil Currey Cause of Death: On September 11, 2023, the bodybuilding world was shocked to hear that Neil Currey had died. The British bodybuilder who won the 2022 Mr. Olympia competition was known for how well he did. He died at the age of 34.

Even though the cause of death is still unknown, early accounts based on Sarcev’s Instagram post said that Currey had killed himself.

In 2017, he started competing, and in 2019, he did so for the first time in the IFBB’s Classic Physique competition, where he placed seventh. Currey taught other people in the business how to do their jobs while fighting internationally over the years.

Neil Currey made his bodybuilding debut at the 2017 World Championships, where he finished fifth in the pro muscle division.

He moved up to the NPC level the next year and won the NPC Worldwide Amateur Olympia Italy finals, which gave him his Pro Card.

Achievements

Currey’s first year as an IFBB Classic Physique athlete began with a seventh-place finish at the Kuwait Pro. He was in contests like the Tampa Pro and the Pittsburgh Pro, which are some of the biggest in the business.

After winning the New York Pro, Currey earned a spot in his first Olympia competition in 2022. Currey came in 16th place in the Classic Physique category at the Olympia in 2022.
