The Glory Season 2: If you watched the first season of The Glory, you probably got to episode eight and wondered where the revenge went. Because, after all, we’ve been waiting almost as long as Moon Dong-eun (Song Hye-Kyo) for the formerly bullied individual to make good on her threats and get her revenge.
The series finale aired, and there was… well, not a whole lot of revenge. If this keeps on, by the time the dish is served, it will have warmed to a temperature that could cause stomach upset. That’ll teach you for crossing me.
Fear not, though; there will be two parts to this story. Having been renewed for a second season, we can expect to see the web close in even more tightly around Yeon-jin (Lim Ji-Yeon) and her cruel gang of friends in the upcoming eight episodes.
Is There Going to Be a Second Season of the Glory on Netflix?
Once all sixteen episodes of The Glory have aired, we will know for sure if the story will continue into a second season. Part 1 premieres around the end of December, and its early ratings will be a good indication of whether or not the drama will be renewed for a second season and, more crucially, whether or not there will be a Part 2.
The Glory Season 2 Release Date
The official date for the release of Part 2 is March 10, 2023, and it comes straight from Netflix. Consequently, you won’t have to wait forever for the satisfying conclusion you’ve been seeking.
Tweet photographs don’t disclose much, but they do show a bloodied Jae-jun, which was our main hope. Scenes two and three are more cryptic: While Dong-eun looks stern and troubled (when does she not? ), Yeon-love jin’s interest and Go teacher Yeo-jeong is having a game with Yeon-master-of-the-universe jin’s spouse, Jung Sung-il. This indicates that, after much moping around in a lovesick and virtuous manner, Yeo-jeong will be actively participating in Dong-scheme. eun’s

The Glory Season 2 Cast
Since their story has not finished, naturally the same cast of characters will return.
In that case, it follows that
- Song Hye-kyo (Dong-eun)
- Lim Ji-yeon (Yeon-jin)
- Kim Hieora (Sa-ra)
- Jung Sung-il (Do-yeong)
- Cha Joo-young (Hye-jeong)
- Lee Do-hyun (Ju Yeo-jeong)
- Park Sung-hoon (Jeon Jae-jun)
We will, quite bluntly, riot if Yeom Hye-Kang ran’s Hyeon-nam is canceled. It is imperative that the former victim of domestic violence turned stealth detective be safeguarded at all costs. Finally, she’ll be able to sit down to a meal of stew and eggs with her daughter.
Myeong-oh, the thug and dealer played by Kim Gun-woo, has been killed, but he may yet make a comeback in flashbacks since his killer has yet to be revealed.

The Glory Season 2 Plot
Dong-plan eun’s will most likely come to fruition, albeit possibly with some delays and, presumably, some reflection on the existential cost of revenge (like missing out on decades of living).
Through a convoluted series of flashbacks, we learn early on that Dong-eun has every intention of making her bullies’ lives a living hell on Earth (and rightly so; the bullying scenes themselves were painful, some would argue gratuitously so), and that her plan appears to involve turning the gang against themselves. Death is too easy; the vengeful angel demands that her enemies endure pain equal to her own.
Dong-eun first turned his subordinate employee Myeong-oh against his superior boss Jae-jun, convincing him to steal DNA samples to incriminate Do-young as the biological father of Yeon-daughter. jin’s Myeong-oh was slain under suspicious circumstances, and it wasn’t committed by Dong-eun. We need to find out who did it before the credits roll.
Flying crew And then there was Hye-Jeong, who, in order to avoid Dong-wrath, eun’s agreed to cater to her every whim. Is she likely to be abandoned, in your opinion? Don’t worry, we don’t. Even though Hye-Jeong was a victim of Yeon-jin in the same manner that Dong-eun was, Dong-eun is not the forgiving sort.
Dong-eun has yet to unleash her anger on Yeon-jin and Jae-jun, but when she does, it will likely come in the shape of their daughter, Ye-sol, who is surprisingly sweet and loving for the daughter of two out-and-out sadists and the perfect weapon to turn against them.
