While Julie and Todd Chrisley serve seven and twelve years in prison, respectively, their eldest daughter Lindsie Chrisley has gotten herself into legal jeopardy. Thomas Moillura, her ex-boyfriend, accused her of having a “history of violence.”
Both parties are embroiled in a contentious legal dispute. Lindsie attempted to acquire a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, but Radar Online has obtained new police reports that present an alternative account of the events. Although the events in question transpired in 2022, the specifics have only recently become public. The situation appears bleak for Lindsie.
The publication reports that Thomas and Lindise began dating in February 2022 and ended their relationship in August 2022. They briefly reconciled before resuming their relationship in October 2022. Ever since that time, continuous drama has ensued.
Exposed by the Police Reports
After their breakup, Lindsie alleged that Thomas had harassed her. He was blowing up her phone, mailing her gifts, and unexpectedly turning up at her place, according to her. Almost a year after their breakup, in August 2023, she filed for a temporary restraining order.

A judge issued the restraining order, but it was subsequently overturned. The recently acquired police reports could provide some clarification. Thomas brought up Lindsie’s violent past exchanges with him, raising doubts about who in this case genuinely required a restraining order.
Thomas claimed that while he was in the Chrisleys’ house, Todd gave him the advice “to go for his’safety.'” The most alarming charge stems from August 2022, when Lindsie is said to have broken up with Thomas and his new girlfriend, Julie Dovu, after showing up at his residence without warning.

Thomas claims that she had a buddy who worked for the sheriff’s office run her license plates, so she knew his girlfriend was at this place. After the altercation, Lindsie allegedly called Thomas’ ex-wife and admitted everything. That was a brave step.
According to the police report, “Julie was struck in the face and back of her head, and Thomas claims he was struck in the face area twice with a closed fist.”
Then, while driving, Lindsie and Thomas got into another physical argument a month later. A police report stated that Lindsie assaulted Thomas while intoxicated. “Appearing injuries on his face, neck, and left arm,” the officer said. Thomas ultimately sought treatment at an urgent care facility.
The claims, which seem severe for a relationship that lasted less than a year, have not been addressed by Lindsie. Hopefully, Lindsie and Thomas have both moved past this and will now keep their hands to themselves. We’re hoping for the best for everyone.
