Where You Can Find The Real Tyr?
Get to Niflheim and keep going until you reach the Raven Tree. There will be an open road on your left with Asgardian junk in it. Favor The Broken Prison is right ahead if you keep going down this road.
When you get to the jail, you’ll have to fight your way down while moving forward. You can find a place to throw your Draupnir Spear by going left and looking toward the middle.
You can go down one level after this. There are some enemies here. Kill them and then play with the chain that makes the elevator go up and down. You can use the Spear to jump down one level after dropping it once.
Take care of more enemies here, then head east to find a wooden ledge you can climb. You will be hit by a Light Elf. When you’re done killing it, turn around and use your Blades of Chaos on the wall. Play with the chain again to make it fall to another level. Go down the path you used to get there.
You will also see a new place where you can find the Spear you need to get a Flower for a Favor. Use the second Spear slot to get to the other side of the bottom floor after getting the Flower. Then fight the enemy.
You’ll see a cell door that you can open and see Tyr behind it. After you talk to him, you can leave this place. You will see Tyr again, though.
Tyr Shows Up in the Nine Realms
This is where you can find Tyr in the Nine Realms after he got out of the Asgardian Prison.
The Alfheim

Midgard
In Midgard, ahead of the Lake of Nine and close to Raider Hideout, Tyr is looking at his temple.
Vanaheim
Tyr is moving his arms back and forth in Freyr’s Camp in Vanaheim.
The Helheim
In Helheim, go to Hel’s Perch to hear Tyr talking with Hraesvelgr. You will have to come back again if you haven’t talked to Hraesvelgr before. Tyr will not be there.
Muspelheim
You can find Tyr sitting down at the Spark of the World in Muspelheim.
The Svartalfheim
Svartalfheim is the last place you can find Tyr. To find Tyr, go to The Watchtower in the Bay of Bounty. To do this, you must finish Favor The Weight of Chains, which will free the Lyngbakr.
