On March 5, Nidal Wonder, who has over 2.2 million YouTube subscribers and posts humorous videos alongside his brother, was struck by a car while using an electric scooter. The 13-year-old was hit at 3 p.m. in Clovis, California, and is currently recuperating at home after sustaining numerous critical injuries, including bleeding on the brain.
In his first interview following the tragedy, Nidal told CBS affiliate CBS47 Fresno that he is “very lucky to be in a wheelchair and not in the hospital right now.” Nidal was fighting for his life while in a coma for several days. “I was in a coma for five days basically, they put me to sleep for like five days,” Nidal, whose full name is Nidal Ajib, said to the broadcaster.
Aedryca Ajib, the mother of Nidal, told the outlet that after receiving a phone informing her other son that Wonder had been hit, “I started to pray.”
As soon as she arrived at the location, Nidal was already secured in the ambulance. A week later, it becomes abundantly apparent how fortunate the adolescent was to have escaped unscathed.
Brain hemorrhaging and edema led to the placement of staples in Nidal’s cranium. Among other injuries, he has a fractured clavicle, bruised ribs, and a broken leg, according to CBS47.
In March 2024, Nidal Wonder Was Involved in a Quite Serious Car Accident
Nidal was engaged in a significant car accident on March 5, 2024. Juju uploaded footage of the aftermath to YouTube after it happened. In the footage, Nidal is seen on the ground receiving medical attention from emergency personnel after suffering multiple injuries.

He reportedly collided with the side of a car while riding his scooter. After being taken to the hospital in a hurry, he was given a neck brace and put on breathing tubes. He also had treatment for a collarbone and leg breaks.
After the accident, Nidal remained unconscious for four days. He was conscious enough to talk when he woke up, but he had no memory of the crash. Even his breathing tubes were removed. Four more days later, he was healing wonderfully. Despite having a cast covering his entire left leg, he was able to converse with his guests and talk with clarity.

During his hospitalization, Nidal was showered with heartfelt sentiments of encouragement from his family and friends, who wished him well as he recovered. Fans also showered him with affection and encouragement on his social media platforms.

The family wrote in an Instagram update published by @thewonderfamilychannel on March 8: “The response we received was unexpected and positively overwhelming. “The deluge of kindness and prayers that were sent in tremendous assistance.”
The official statement continued, “We are all exhausted now, but we will be able to tell the full story as the healing process continues.” During his journey towards recovery, Nidal and his loved ones remain in our thoughts and prayers.
