Lester wants Franklin to kill Penny while he is on a bus in Downtown Vinewood. After that, he wants Franklin to buy stock in the Vapid Motor Company when the price goes down.

This is the fifth and last assassination task that Lester gives to Franklin. It becomes available after he finishes the story mission The Big Score.

The target is a corrupt building tycoon named Enzo Bonelli, who is involved in several illegal projects in the city. Lester wants Franklin to kill Bonelli at the building site for the Mile High Club in Pillbox Hill and then buy Gold Coast Development stock before it goes up.
