‘GGG’ and his wife Alina have two children, a son named Vadim Golovkin and a girl whose name as of 2022 is unknown. Golovkin is said to have missed his daughter’s birth because she was born just days before his first bout with Canelo Alvarez.

Golovkin likes spending time with his family and enjoying games with his son Vadim, who is in elementary school.
