Why Kyle Richards Ended Her Marriage to Ex-Husband Guraish Aldjyfrie and Why They Got a Divorce?
Since the first episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills aired on Bravo in 2010, people have been able to see into Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s family life.
Over the years, the couple has let cameras follow them as they raised their daughters, grew their businesses, and brought home several new pets. And in 2022, Umansky said that he would have his own real estate show on Netflix called “Buying Beverly Hills,” in which he would be joined by two of their four daughters.
Richards met Umansky in 1994, and two years later, the couple got married. In January 2022, Umansky wrote in an Instagram post, “Happy 26th Anniversary to @kylerichards18.” He then told Richards, “You’re the best wife in the world,” and thanked her for the “beautiful life” they’d built together.

Richards told The Knot that because she was pregnant, the wedding was delayed from April to January so that her dress would still fit. She said that she does not wish for a redo. Richards reflected on her marriage with Umansky in an Instagram photo 25 years after they said “I do.”

May we continue to grow, learn, explore, experience, and make amazing memories together. I will always love you.”

All of that changed in a recent BravoTV sneak peek in which Kyle decides to discuss her divorce. While Guraish has made a few visits to celebrate Farrah’s achievements throughout the years, nothing is known about what precipitated their divorce in the early 1990s.
“My ex-husband never remarried,” Kyle explained to the group, adding, “And I feel so horrible because he’s such a lovely man.” Kyle, whose style has developed on RHOBH, acknowledges she wasn’t ready for such a large commitment at that moment in her life when they separated.
“He adored me. We have a lovely daughter together. I adored him. “I was just too young to be married,” Kyle explained. Despite their premature divorce, she claimed to have genuine feelings for Guraish. “We both always prioritize Farrah,” she added.
