In the crime thriller K-drama large Mouth, Lee Jong-Suk and Yoon-A from Girls’ Generation star as Park Chang-Ho, a lawyer who has been nicknamed “Big Mouth” since he was a little boy because of his large talk. Yoon-A, on the other hand, portrays Go Mi-Ho, his devoted and kind spouse who works as a nurse.
The Mayor appoints Chang-Ho to a case due to his lack of skill, but he ends up in a corrupt situation. He is imprisoned after being falsely identified as the enigmatic “Big Mouse.”
As the narrative progresses, more corruption is revealed. Mi-Ho, Chang-Ho’s wife, enters the scene to establish her husband’s innocence.
She is willing to do anything for him. But in the interim, Mi-Ho receives a lymphatic cancer diagnosis. What transpires by the drama’s conclusion, then? While leaving the conclusion unclear, the series has answered all of the questions. To read the K-drama’s resolution, scroll ahead.
Big Mouth: Is It a Happy or A Sad Ending?
“Big Mouth” is an enormous tearjerker. As the series progresses, each episode will leave the audience gasping for oxygen and sobbing along with the viewers. Spoilers ensue. In the season one finale of the drama, the origin of Mi-Ho’s illness is revealed. She was exposed to the fish farm’s NK Chemical-induced wastewater when she began searching for information regarding the malfeasance in an effort to assist her spouse.
Chang-Ho, on the other hand, attempts to grasp the mayor Choi Doha by the neck at the court. He contacts the fraudster of cryptocurrencies. Meanwhile, Soontae presents Mi-Ho, who exposes the fish farm’s wastewater fraud and proclaims herself to be terminally ill, into the witness box.

Protests commence in response to Choi-Doha’s decision to withdraw from the election. He, however, does not yield. Due to the lack of substantial evidence, he escapes punishment. Moreover, despite the fact that his corruption is exposed by Chang-Ho’s team, he manages to win the election and reclaim the position of mayor.
Despite these obstacles, Chang-Ho and Mi-Ho demonstrate their affection for one another as Mi-Ho lies in a hospital bed nearing her death. Park Chang-Ho (Lee Jong-Suk) is left without anything to lose after Mi-Ho passes away. Ahead of him stands Choi-Doha.
Chang-Ho exhibits no remorse for his actions by the time he confronts Choi-Doha after the Big Mouth episode. Chang-Ho gradually discloses that he had contaminated Doha’s swimming pool water with radiated effluent. Doha vomits blood as a result of her distress. NK Chemical is prohibited.

Conversely, Juhee, who was committed to a mental institution, is rescued, and the treasure is subsequently discovered. Subsequently, Juhee affirms that a correlation exists between the progression of cancer in Gucheon and the NF9 development process. Big Mouse makes a positive conclusion to the drama by donating the treasure to the orphanage.
