It’s a brief scene, but it’s unforgettable for Shields, who described filming it as “the best day of my life” during a recent visit to The View. She then recounted how she surprised Bratt by making him feel comfortable being naked on television.

“They have these things called modesty socks,” Shields told the co-hosts. “For women, it’s a modesty triangle.” They tape it exactly where the camera will go. For someone who’s generally on the receiving end of worrying about getting glued into their clothes, I felt pity for him — and pain for myself that he was wearing that darn sock.”

In all seriousness, Shields stated, “He was vulnerable, and it was extremely nice. They had to backtrack and take my side. I said, “God, this feels so unfair.” To surprise him, I taped my boobs with sticky tape and dropped my dress just as he turned around, making him feel less alone.
