Kelly Osbourne is answering concerns about her weight loss—again. “I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic,” she told Extra in a new interview. The reality star made it abundantly apparent that she did not go that way. “I did not take Ozempic,” she explained. “I’m not sure where that came from.” My mother took Ozempic.”
Instead, Kelly stated that she has been on a weight loss quest for years, which has led to this point. She celebrated dropping 85 pounds in 2020 and has lost weight again since welcoming her son, Sidney, in 2022.
“I had gestational diabetes and I had to lose the weight that I had gained during pregnancy,” she told me. “Otherwise, I was at a greater danger of developing diabetes, which I did not want. I eliminated sweets and carbohydrates and quickly lost weight.”
Kelly, 39 years old, appears to be in good health and spirits. Here’s what she has revealed about her journey.
She Switched Up her Diet
Extra was informed by Kelly that she “eliminated sugar and carbohydrates.” She claimed that this resulted in a “rapid loss of weight.”
Kelly has High-Tech Treatments to Tone Her Entire Body
Additionally, she is benefiting from in-office treatments such as EMSCULPT NEO and EMFACE, which help to sculpt her face and tighten her body. “After giving birth, my stomach developed numerous stretch marks, and the skin appears to have lost its elasticity,” she explains.

“Using this device is equivalent to performing 20,000 sit-ups or leg lunges; therefore, the muscles are literally contracted. “It’s like performing facial yoga,” explained Dr. Glynis Ablon on Extra.
She Did Not Use Any Medicine for Weight Loss
One of the first well-known people to openly admit that she had used Ozempic to lose weight was Kelly’s mother, Sharon Osbourne. On February 10, Sharon said to The Guardian that she was “finally” coming to terms with her physique.
She continued, saying, “I’m over the weight loss and all that cosmetic stuff.” Sharon also mentioned that she thought her weight loss was excessive. “In four months, I shed three stone, or forty-two pounds. Too much, the woman remarked. “I am unable to gain weight and currently weigh seven stone.”

She’d said wonderful things in the past about the drug. She said, “I think it’s amazing,” to E! News earlier. “There are countless methods for dropping pounds. Why not use a less monotonous method, like doing some little exercise?
“People hate on it because they want to do it,” she continued. Those who covertly engage in it or are irate because they cannot afford it are the ones who despise it the most. Regretfully, the cost is high at the moment, but ultimately, it won’t be because it genuinely functions.
In 2020, She Celebrated Her Weight Loss of 85 Pounds
Kelly established self-care as a top priority for the year 2020. “Upon reflection, I have determined that I consistently prioritize the needs of others over my own,” she wrote in an Instagram post commemorating two and a half years of sobriety.
“In order to avoid upsetting others, I permit myself to be placed in situations that cause me discomfort.” It goes without saying that I frequently co-sign bulls—on behalf of others.
