T.P Bon Season 1 Release Date Revealed With Streaming Place!

It was announced late last year that Studio BONES would provide the first-ever full-length anime adaptation of the classic manga Time Patrol Bon by Fujiko F. Fujio. This past weekend at AnimeJapan 2024, Netflix unveiled additional information regarding the forthcoming adaptation, such as an expanded cast list and a new key visual.

Technically, this TTP BON adaptation will be the second of the manga; the initial adaptation was a 95-minute NTV special that aired in 1989. The premiere season of The T.P Bon is rapidly approaching its premiere on Netflix, and viewers are curious as to when they can begin accessing the television series.

Release Date of T.P Bon Season 1 Streaming

Season 1 of The T.P Bon will be available on Netflix on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Bon, a typical high school student who inexplicably becomes a member of a group of time-traveling operatives, is the protagonist of the anime series. Their primary objective is to ensure human lives are preserved throughout significant historical occurrences that transpire in diverse periods and worldwide settings. The crew is confronted with many obstacles as they undertake various missions.

Among others, Yôko Hikasa portrays Tetsuo Shiraish, Akihisa Wakayama portrays Bon Namihira, Atsumi Tanezaki portrays Ream Stream, Mamoru Miyano portrays Buyoyon, and Tomoyo Kurosawa portrays Yumiko Yasukawa.

The plot of T.P. Bon centers around Bon, a regular high school student who joins a group of time-traveling operatives. Their goal is to save individuals from historical events that occur in various parts of the world and at various eras.

Akihisa Wakayama as Bon Namihar and Atsumi Tanezaki as Ream Stream are among the cast members. Renowned for her performance as Anya Forger in Spy x Family, Atsumi Tanezaki has established herself as a prominent figure in the anime industry.

In addition, she is well-known for providing the voice of Chase Hatori in The Ancient Magus’ Bride, Juno in Beasters, and Rio Futuba in Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai.

Conversely, Akihisa Wakayama has mostly played supporting roles in television shows like Noblesse (as Regis K. Landegre) and Classroom of the Elite (as Ryuuji Kanzaki). Notably, he played the protagonist character Tokio in Time Bokan 24 before.
