Where Is Caren Turner Now 2022: Caren Zeldie Turner is a former Democratic lobbyist for the United States and a former member of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Board of Commissioners.

After a video surfaced of Caren berating and trying to influence police officers in Tenafly, New Jersey during a traffic check and declaring that she was a “friend of the mayor,” Caren resigned from her position in 2018.

As well as being the CEO of Turner Government and Public Affairs, Caren is a political consultant. She has experience both as a political strategist and with firms that produce components for Lockheed Martin’s combat jets.

Senator Vin Gopal of New Jersey said that Caren’s conduct at the traffic stop proved that politicians should not be given badges similar to those worn by police enforcement because they can be used “for the misuse of authority.”
