What do the Kardashians Sisters eat in a Typical day?

In order to find out exactly what each sister is and isn’t eating, we combed through all of their websites, apps, social media accounts, and more. So now we are aware that Kylie Jenner enjoys adding butter, garlic powder, and an egg to her ramen. We also know that Kim Kardashian says she cooks incredible soul cuisine.
But aside from massive salads, what else do the Kardashian-Jenners actually eat? Reading about other people’s meals is one of the strangest (and most intimate) things you can do, so we know you’re curious.
Over the years, they have shared their preferred smoothies, teas, and distinctive salads, but have you ever wondered about their *true* eating habits? Let’s take a peek behind the scenes to see what the sisters eat every day.
Kourtney: Dairy- and gluten-free
The oldest Kardashian is undoubtedly the healthiest member of the family; she and her children follow a gluten-free, organic, and dairy-free diet. And it’s evidently working for her: She still has a bikini-ready shape even after having three children (of course, her regular workouts with Khloé also play a role in this).
Kourtney shared images of her pantry, which is so precisely organized that it’s almost like art, and her non-dairy refrigerator on her website. Her staples include coconut milk, almond milk cheese, and coconut milk frozen sweets (it also holds so, so, much water).
Meals: For breakfast, Kourtney either enjoys a banana spinach drink or her three-ingredient avocado pudding (one full avocado, a cup of coconut milk, and Manuka honey) (avocado, banana, spinach, and almond milk). Her famous salad or hummus-topped turkey sandwiches on gluten-free tortillas might be served for lunch. And for dinner, a lean protein like chicken or fish is typically served with rice or gluten-free pasta. Kourtney has acknowledged that she isn’t much of a cook, but she does like the dishes in her pal Chrissy Teigen’s cookbook Cravings (think lettuce wraps and vegetable tortilla soup).
Kim: Atkins Diet
Kim adheres to the Atkins low-carb diet. The theory behind the diet is that if you restrict your intake of carbohydrates, your body will start using fat instead of carbohydrates, which are typically used as fuel. Following the Atkins 40 diet, a version of the diet that permits 40g of carbs, Kim lost the baby weight after the birth of her son Saint and had greater flexibility while nursing. Colette Heimowitz, Kim’s nutritionist, claims that the three key components of Kim’s diet are protein, fiber-rich carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
Breakfast options include eggs, turkey sausage, Greek yoghurt, and fruit. Typically, salad and grilled chicken make up lunch. Dinner is a protein and vegetable meal. Atkins bars, carrots and hummus, or fruit and cheese are some examples of snacks. Kim also maintains a healthy level of hydration, consuming between 48 and 64 ounces daily.
Khloé Kardashian – Seven meals a day
Khloé’s hard workouts and — count them — seven meals a day are what gave her the revenge body. Dr. Philip Goglia, her nutritionist, created an eating regimen tailored to Khloe’s body type that carefully balances protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, and lots of water are among her go-to foods (have you detected a pattern yet?).

Additionally, she sips a lot of detox tea. But during the off-season, she typically adheres to the “anti-model” diet, delighting in burgers and pizza. Well, you have youth and good genes on your side.
