The Legend Of Vox Machina Season 2: Premiere Date, Cast, And Many More!

After Amazon purchased the first season of The Legend of Vox Machina, the second season was immediately revealed. Kickstarter helped fund the first season, and after Amazon opted to run the first ten episodes, they ordered another fourteen (expanding season one to twelve episodes, with the same schedule for season two).

As Jennifer Salke, CEO of Amazon Studios, put it, “Critical Role forged a new road for original digital programming, with fresh new voices and humor that garnered passionate fans around the world” (via Variety). Our team is excited to collaborate with everyone involved in bringing The Legend of Vox Machina and the new Critical Role series to Prime Video subscribers.

Sam Riegel and Travis Willingham, co-creators of Critical Role, released a statement saying, “We were completely floored by the level of passion we received on the Kickstarter campaign, and now we can give precisely what the fans wanted, plus more.”

It’s surreal and thrilling to be working with Prime Video to bring the series to viewers around the world, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have the opportunity to tell even more stories over the course of not one, but two 12-episode seasons.

Was Amazon smart to risk another season on The Legend of Vox Machina? Everything you need to know is listed here.

The Legend Of Vox Machina Season 2: Premiere Date

The Legend Of Vox Machina Season 2

It takes a while to create an animated series, but since Vox Machina’s Kickstarter campaign was such a tremendous success and ended in 2019, the cast has had plenty of time to start working on season two of the show.

When you take into account the difficult circumstances that led to the postponement of the premiere of the first season (the pandemic moved the show’s debut from late 2020 to early 2022), we’d estimate that we’ll be seeing new episodes sooner than you might expect to see them.

If we are extremely fortunate, we will receive season two before the end of the year, which will bring it back onto the plan that was first intended for it. In that case, it won’t be until January 2023 at the earliest.

The Legend Of Vox Machina Season 2: Cast

Because of the one-of-a-kind process that was used to create the show, the cast members Laura Bailey, Taliesin Jaffe, Liam O’Brien, Ashley Johnson, Matthew Mercer, Marisha Ray, Sam Riegel, and Travis Willingham are not only cast members on the show; in addition, they serve as executive producers and have an equal say in the outcome of the series performance.

We anticipate that each and every one of them will come back.

The Legend Of Vox Machina Season 2: Plot Or Story

The Legend Of Vox Machina Season 2

The series is an adaptation of Critical Role’s first Dungeons and Dragons game, and the first season ended on a cliffhanger that was rather surprising and brilliantly set up the second season – especially if you enjoy dragons.

After being brought before King Uriel Tal’Dorei, ruler of the Tal’Dorei Empire, Vox Machina was shocked to discover that Uriel was abdicating the throne to relinquish rule of the Empire to the Tal’Dorei Council, claiming Vox Machina’s teamwork inspired his choice. Vox Machina was brought before King Uriel Tal’Dorei after being brought before King Uriel Tal’Dorei.

However, after Keyleth and King Uriel were alerted by Vex’ahlia’s ringing ears that a dragon was approaching, the group observed four dragons fast approaching from behind. The season came to an end with the terrible sight of four dragons, each one as terrifying as the one before it, preparing to devastate Emon.
