Apple’s iPhone colours have changed a lot in the past few years, especially compared to those of other big companies. Others stick to “safe” colours like black, grey, or white, but Apple uses all the colours of the rainbow very well, and this time is no different.
For example, the iPhone 12 comes in many different colours, such as deep blue, minty green, “Project Red,” white, black, and, most recently, purple. When it comes to colour choices, the iPhone 13 series is a bit more subdued. However, some of the colours look beautiful and new.

Without further ado, let’s get into every detail of the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and iPhone 13 mini’s colour palette.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 Mini in Sierra Blue
The Sierra Blue colour, which used to be called Pacific Blue, is only available on the iPhone 13 Pro models. It is a signature colour that looks expensive and interesting. This year, both of the Pro versions of the series are getting a little bit of new colour, not just the usual Silver or Dark.
The colour is matte, so it won’t show fingerprints, and the Apple logo on the back is painted in a similar but slightly lighter colour than the rest of the phone, so it stands out nicely. It adds a touch of style to the new iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max while still making them look classy.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 Mini in Silver
Only the Pro models of the newly announced iPhone 13 series are available in Silver. The Silver colour gives the phone a very sleek and simple look and compared to the Starlight colour, it seems to be a bit colder (which is available only for the iPhone 13 and the Mini).
The Silver colour is pretty typical for Apple, and we’ve seen it before on the iPhone 12 Pro. It will look good in any case, or you can leave it without one if you want. The light colour won’t show fingerprints, so it will always look clean.
iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 Mini in Pink
The pink version of the white iPhone 13 looks young and fresh. It is a light pink colour with a matte finish. The colour isn’t too bright and doesn’t stand out. But it draws attention and makes the phone look expensive and classy. If you like bright, new colours, you might like this one. The silver colour is used to paint the logo on the back.
Blue iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini
The Blue is similar to the iPhone 12’s signature blue colour, but it looks a little darker in pictures. It’s also a little different from Sierra Blue and Pacific Blue. Keep in mind, though, that these colours may look a little different in real life than they do in pictures or videos of the phones.
The blue colour is paired with a matte finish and an Apple logo in dark silver. This one is for the more traditional people out there, and it will look good at work or just out and about.
Midnight iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini
This year, the Midnight colour is the closest you can get to a matte black. It is a very dark colour that looks very classy and interesting, which is not what you might think of when you think of a black smartphone. The colour is dark and goes well with the camera bump on the iPhone 13 and the iPhone 13 mini. The logo also doesn’t stand out as much.
Starlight iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini
Apple calls the white version of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini “Starlight.” It is the same as the white version of the iPhone 13. It’s a classic Apple colour, and if you ask me, “Which colour of iPhone 13 should I buy?” I’ll probably say, “The white one!” It never goes out of style and always looks good.
This is not a typical snow-white colour, of course. It has a slightly warmer tone to it, which makes it look both stylish and simple and elegant at the same time. Even though it looks like the Pro colour Silver, it has a warmer undertone.
Here, the Apple logo is silver, and the white colour on the front of the iPhone isn’t very noticeable.
Product Red iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini
Product Red has been going strong for a long time, and the new iPhone 13 series is just the latest step in that direction. You’re in luck if you like red phones or just want to show your support for the project. Anyway, red phones look risky and get people’s attention, and the red iPhone 13 will be the same way.
Let’s hope that the “red” in “Product Red” is actually red this time. My girlfriend pointed out that the last devices with this branding were actually “coral pink.” The “Product Red” colour on the iPhone 13 looks like a true red in the official photos, so let’s keep our fingers crossed.
iPhone 13 in Green
At the annual spring event, the iPhone 13 came in two new shades of green. Apple decided that a green iPhone would be a good way to change things up, and it seems like a great choice.
The iPhone 13 and the 13 Pro are both green, but the iPhone 13 is a lighter green and the 13 Pro is what Apple calls “Alpine green.” It’s a nice way to cool off! The iPhone 13 mini doesn’t come in green, which is too bad…
So, now you know. There won’t be a yellow iPhone 13, a purple iPhone 13, or a bright pink iPhone 13 this year, at least not for now.
Colours of the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max
The Graphite colour option is pretty typical for Apple and has been around since the iPhone 12 Pro from the previous generation. It looks like that dark grey colour that the company sometimes calls “Space Grey.”
You can get this colour on iPads as well as iPhones. It is a serious colour, if we can put it that way, and won’t draw attention to itself or get annoying (and of course, you can also change things up with a colourful case).
It looks lighter in some lighting, which makes the colour a little more “interesting” than it would be otherwise. This one, though, is only for the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Gold iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max
Gold is another great colour for iPhones, and older models have had it for a while. The gold version is available for both the iPhone 13 Pro and the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It makes the iPhone look more like a jewel than a phone. All of the colours for the iPhone 13 have a matte finish, and this one is no different. It looks very classy.
Alpine Green iPhone 13 Pro
Alpine Green is the new colour choice, and it looks really new. The new colour for the iPhone 13 Pro is a different shade of green than the old colour for the iPhone 13. Apple announced these two new colours at its annual spring event in March 2022. The new green iPhones start shipping on March 18.
There isn’t a green iPhone 13 Pro Max right now, and we don’t think there ever will be. Apple has decided to make the top model stand out by leaving it out of the fresh green colour scheme. You can still choose the Gold colour, which is pretty rare and expensive.

To be fair to Apple, the corporation recently unveiled a new colour option to the iPhone 13 range — green. Nothing is set in stone. Who knows, maybe the iPhone 13 will be purple in the future.
