7. Thor: Love and Thunder
The trip that Thor (Chris Hemsworth) is currently on is unlike anything he has ever experienced; it is a search for inner peace. But his retirement plans are thwarted when a cosmic assassin known as Gorr the God Butcher (played by Christian Bale) arrives on the scene. Gorr’s goal is to wipe out all gods.

The sequel to Black Panther is set to hit theatres later this year (finally).
The highly anticipated MCU sequel began filming in January 2022 and was delayed for another week due to Covid, but is slated to conclude in February. The hiatus from November 2021 to January 2022 was intended to allow Letitia Wright to heal from an on-set injury.
The sequel’s title, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, was revealed back in May 2021. The sequel is planned to enter theatres in November 2022, after a couple of delays to its original May 2022 release date, and everything appears to be on track for that.
The sequel will be the first time we’ve seen Wakanda since Chadwick Boseman‘s untimely death in August 2020, and everyone involved in the production is working hard to make sure it pays honour to the late actor. This is one of the best upcoming movies of 2022.
10. Avatar: The Way of Water
Avatar 2, the long-awaited sequel to 2009’s Avatar, is nearing completion. It’s been a long time coming, but there’s plenty of good news to share: not only is there going to be a sequel, the first of which is officially named Avatar: The Way of Water, but there will be three, with Disney announcing release dates for all four Avatar films.
