Season 2 of ZeroZeroZero Expected Plot
Season 1 of ZeroZeroZero ends like a Greek tragedy. In summary, Emma is honorable by meeting Don Minu and giving him an offer he can’t refuse. After killing his grandson Stefano, Don Minu retakes control of the Lynwood family, now led solely by Emma. After removing Jacinto Leyra from the equation, Emma discovers Manuel is her new contact in Mexico. Emma signs a new distribution deal and cautiously smiles as she exits a Monterrey facility.
Given Emma’s arrangement with Manuel, a Russian subplot could be included in ZeroZeroZero season 2. She needs 2,000 kilos of cocaine in three weeks, so she’ll have to return to work and figure out who she’s dealing with in Monterrey.
A new confidante for Emma is likely to be introduced in ZeroZeroZero season 2. (perhaps both). Also, the second series will likely center on Russia, if only to differentiate it from Netflix’s Narcos: Mexico. As Emma develops authority and recognizes the biggest dangers, expect a Michael Corleone-like shift in ZeroZeroZero season 2.
