There hasn’t been that much time since My Unorthodox Life landed on Netflix on July 14, 2021, yet the reality program has already become one of the top 10 most viewed Netflix series.
“My only issue is with fundamentalism,” Hart told Variety in a statement “I want to make it clear: I love being a Jew. This has nothing to do with Judaism and this has nothing with religion. I have learned very many beautiful things from my community and my religion, and I think that all religion is beautiful. I just don’t think it’s beautiful when you say men are better and women are worse.”
‘My Unorthodox Life’ Plot
The show follows the life of Julia Haart, an ex Ultra-Orthodox Jew who fled her community at the age of 43. In addition to being an ex-member of the community, Julia is also a highly successful fashion designer and Head of an elite firm now, and she’s doing her best to maintain a work-life balance. The last season featured nine episodes with each having a runtime of 35-40 minutes.

Affirming the fact that she is happily married to Silvio Scaglia and therefore has four children, Miriam, Batsheva, Aron, and Shlomo. Julia adds that her personal life revolves around her children.
