One Punch Man Season 3: Release Date and Trailer is Here

If you’re a die-hard anime and superhero fan it goes without saying that you what “One Punch Man” is.

Yes! You guessed it right, One-Punch Man chronicles the saga of Saitama, the world’s strongest superhero, as created by Artist ONE and later illustrated by animator Yusuke Murata.

Saitama can take down any foe with a single blow, that’s his one superpower but that’s left him feeling lost and bored in a world where villains and superpowered combats are so routine.

In addition to his one-punch issues, One-Punch Man features an aggressive cyborg, extraterrestrials,  dogs that can communicate telepathically, telekinetic sisters, and many more, making it as action-packed and entertaining as any of your other favorite anime or movies.

The manga procured instant success and fame and the adaption that hit the screens was also well-received.

One Punch Man Season 3 Release Date

The 3rd Installment of the action-packed One Punch Man was set to debut by the end of 2020. However, that deadline was missed when Season 2 debuted in 2019.

Even though no release date or renewal has been announced for Season 3, it’s good to know that the series hasn’t been scrapped. Just like with Seasons 1 and 2, we expect Season 3 to be just as amazing.

Season one is currently available on Hulu and Netflix, but season two is only available to stream on Hulu and a few selected streaming sites. Even while no major service has yet claimed the streaming rights of the third season, the reason for the deferral could be the anime’s creators are awaiting fresh content from the manga versions.

What would Once-Punch Man season 3 hold

The second installment of the anime emphasized a few of the comic’s more iconic storylines, such as Garo’s evolution into a villainous counterpart to Saitama’s indomitable superhero.  The anime has now reached a crucial juncture in the tale, despite several critics grumbling about how quickly season 2 sped through myriad manga storylines. After the Monster Association saves Garo, the Hero Association launches its attack on the nefarious organization.

Every one of the Class-S heroes infiltrated the tunnels (including Saitama, who isn’t yet a Class-S hero) before taking on an assortment of superpowered adversaries in a series of enticing fight scenes. In other words, it’s a plot that could easily span an entire season of animations. Sadly, that plot hasn’t been completed yet, and it might require a couple of months more.

One Punch Man Sales and Profit

It’s not uncommon in the anime industry for the second season to sell fewer copies than the first, but the key lies in keeping a healthy profit margin for advancing into the next season.

One-Punch Man’s Blu-ray sales fell drastically, but the merchandise and manga are selling well in the market, grossing an extremely high figure.  The franchise even unveiled two new games: one for the Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4, and similar for Android and iOS platforms.

Season 2 did hurt the franchise, but we’re hoping that season 3 will make up for the last season.
