Dhaka: Maulana Saad Kandhalvi, Emir (leader) of Tablighi Jamaat Nizamuddin Markaz of Delhi arrived in the capital city of Bangladesh yesterday but will not join the Biswa Ijtema which is scheduled to start on Friday in Tongi.
